Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”On-time rate excludes tasks without due dates
Section titled “On-time rate excludes tasks without due dates”Intentional. “On time vs what?” has no answer for tasks without deadlines — they’re excluded from both numerator and denominator so the metric stays meaningful.
Estimation accuracy is blank for one member
Section titled “Estimation accuracy is blank for one member”No estimates set in the period — either they don’t estimate, or no completed tasks in the window had estimates.
