Who can do this

Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Path: BI Analytics > Billing & Payments > Billing Health (default report when you click the category)

How to use it

Section titled “Weekly billing-team review”- Period = last 30 days
- Sort by Realization asc — find leakers
- Click the Slow invoicing chip → clients with high billing lag
- Drill in to see who is delivering work without invoicing
Write-off review
Section titled “Write-off review”- Sort by Write-on/off asc (most negative first)
- Top write-off clients on top
- Drill in to see which invoices were edited and why
- Distinguish intentional discounts from systematic problems
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Realization is 110% — is that possible?
Section titled “Realization is 110% — is that possible?”Yes — billed more than production value (premium pricing, fixed-fee retainer). Anything >100% triggers an overbilled warning but is often intentional.
Billing lag for one client is huge
Section titled “Billing lag for one client is huge”Either this client always gets late invoicing, or one stale unbilled task is pulling the average up. Drill in to find it.
How does this differ from Revenue Overview?
Section titled “How does this differ from Revenue Overview?”Revenue Overview answers “how much did we earn?”. Billing Health answers “where is the leakage in the billing chain?”. Same data, different focus.
