How to use it

- Top clients have most off-target items
- Drill in to see specific targets
- Address: file the missing return, reach out for missing information
Annual audit preparation
Section titled “Annual audit preparation”- Period = last 12 months
- Compliance % per client over the year
- Export the table for audit documentation
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”I don’t see one of my clients
Section titled “I don’t see one of my clients”No active monitoring targets in the period, or the client is excluded by your filter. Check date range and client filter.
A target is past its date and shows as “missed” — can I update it?
Section titled “A target is past its date and shows as “missed” — can I update it?”Yes — edit the target in the Monitoring app. BI Analytics reflects what Monitoring stores.
A target is irrelevant for one period
Section titled “A target is irrelevant for one period”Deactivate the target for that period in the Monitoring app. BI will exclude it from the compliance %.
How do I add a new monitoring target?
Section titled “How do I add a new monitoring target?”In the Monitoring app (client page), not in BI. BI surfaces the data; setup happens in the source app.
