How to use it

Section titled “Weekly engagement-manager review”- Sort by % desc — closest-to-blown on top
- Status chips visible — over (red), at-risk (amber), on-track (green)
- Drill into red ones to see which members and topics are consuming budget
- Build the conversation queue for the week
Mid-month early warning
Section titled “Mid-month early warning”- Period = current month
- Filter to active budgets only
- Look for at-risk status chips
- Contact client proactively before they’re surprised by an overrun
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”A client with a budget doesn’t appear
Section titled “A client with a budget doesn’t appear”Either no active budget in the selected period, or a filter excludes them. Check date range and client filter.
At-risk but burn rate looks fine
Section titled “At-risk but burn rate looks fine”Status uses % consumed vs % time elapsed. If 70% of budget is consumed in the first 50% of the period, you will exceed it by period-end even at the current pace.
Multiple budgets for one client
Section titled “Multiple budgets for one client”Each budget appears as its own row. Aggregate KPIs sum across all budgets for the client.
Where do I configure budgets?
Section titled “Where do I configure budgets?”In the client page under Budgets. BI Analytics surfaces what’s configured there — budget creation is not done in BI.
