BI Analytics — Production by Members
Who can do this
Section titled “Who can do this”Available on the Elite plan, currently in beta with selective customer access. Company Owners and Company Admins see all members. Company Members see data scoped to their own work.
Where to find it

| **Production profit** | Production value − their cost (loaded labor + overhead) |
| **Actual profit** | Revenue − their cost (only meaningful when billing is on) |
| **Time entry compliance** | Logged hours promptly? (gated by opt-in panel) |
| **On-time rate** | Of tasks with deadlines, % done on time |
How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”Quarterly team review
Section titled “Quarterly team review”- Period = last quarter
- Sort by Production profit desc — highest contributors at top
- Sort by Margin % asc — underperformers at top
- Check the Time entry compliance column — anyone consistently late?
- Drill into outliers to see which clients drive their numbers
Find idle capacity
Section titled “Find idle capacity”- Sort by Hours-vs-target asc
- Members below 80% are under capacity
- Cross-check Bench heavy and Idle capacity chips
- Drill into low-utilization members to see their client mix
Catch burnout early
Section titled “Catch burnout early”- Filter to “this month” or “last month”
- Sort by Tracked hours desc (or click the Overtime pattern chip)
- Anyone above 110% of available hours is showing the burnout signal
- Offload work or extend deadlines
Health chips most common here
Section titled “Health chips most common here”Low utilization, Bench heavy, Overtime pattern (burnout), Low compliance, Major loss, Idle capacity; Star performer and High efficiency (positive).
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Member has 0 production but tracked 100 hours
Section titled “Member has 0 production but tracked 100 hours”All tracked hours were non-billable. Check the Non-billable column — likely internal work, training, or admin.
Time entry compliance is blank
Section titled “Time entry compliance is blank”The Show tracking compliance opt-in is off (default), or the member has no agreement defining expected workdays. See BI Setup and company defaults.
One member is at 200% utilization on the gauge
Section titled “One member is at 200% utilization on the gauge”The cap is 200% deliberately — to show overwork. Tracking twice their agreed hours is the burnout signal. Investigate.
