Revenue here doesn’t match my accounting export
Section titled “Revenue here doesn’t match my accounting export”BI Analytics shows confirmed (sent + paid) invoices for the selected period. Accounting exports may include drafts or use different period semantics (cash vs accrual). Compare the same period and same statuses to reconcile.
Operating profit shows negative
Section titled “Operating profit shows negative”Labor + overhead exceed revenue. Either the rate is too low, the team is too senior for the work, or the client gets more delivery than they pay for.
