  2. Sort by Realization asc — find leakers
  3. Click the Slow invoicing chip → clients with high billing lag
  4. Drill in to see who is delivering work without invoicing
  1. Sort by Write-on/off asc (most negative first)
  2. Top write-off clients on top
  3. Drill in to see which invoices were edited and why
  4. Distinguish intentional discounts from systematic problems

Yes — billed more than production value (premium pricing, fixed-fee retainer). Anything >100% triggers an overbilled warning but is often intentional.

Either this client always gets late invoicing, or one stale unbilled task is pulling the average up. Drill in to find it.
