Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Gauge says 95% but member columns show lower utilization
Section titled “Gauge says 95% but member columns show lower utilization”Different metrics. Gauge is tracked/agreed; column is billable/tracked. See Gauges explained — this is the most common confusion in the product.
Time entry compliance is blank
Section titled “Time entry compliance is blank”The opt-in panel is off (default), or the member has no agreement defining expected days. Enable it at Settings & Apps > BI Analytics > Setup.
The gauge hides when I filter to one client
Section titled “The gauge hides when I filter to one client”Tracked/agreed loses meaning at single-client level. The gauge is hidden deliberately. See Gauges explained.
