Where to find the Audit Log in Uku

This content is not available in your language yet.

The Audit Log is accessible from three different entry points. Each is automatically scoped to the relevant context, so you get focused change history without having to manually filter to the right client or project.

  • All team members can access the Audit Log and see their own changes.
  • Elite plan required for Company Admins to view other members’ changes and access extended history (100 days).

Path: Profile avatar → Audit log

The global Audit Log shows all changes across your entire account. This is the broadest view — use it when you need to investigate changes without knowing which client or project they belong to, or when you want to review all changes by a specific team member.

All filters are available in the global view, including Client ID, Project ID, and Task ID search fields. These let you scope the global log to a specific entity without leaving the global view.

Path: Clients → [client name] → Activity tab group → Audit log sub-tab

The client Audit Log shows only changes related to that specific client. It is automatically filtered — you do not need to enter a client ID. Use this when you are already working inside a client profile and want to review recent changes to that client’s tasks, contacts, invoices, or settings.

The Client ID and Project ID search filters are hidden in the client view since the context is already set. All other filters (date range, who, type, action) are available.

Path: Projects (or Events, depending on your company setup) → [project name] → Audit log tab

The project Audit Log shows changes related to the project and its parent client. Use this when investigating changes to a specific project’s tasks, settings, or assignments.

The Client ID and Project ID search filters are hidden in the project view. All other filters are available.
