  3. After invoicing, refresh BI — gap should drop

Either the invoice is still in draft (drafts don’t count toward confirmed revenue), or the cache is slightly stale. Refresh BI from the sidebar.

Yes — premium billing or fixed-fee with low production. Negative means invoiced more than produced. Generally fine.

Billing Health is the diagnostic dashboard for the whole billing chain. Billing Gap is the actionable list of what to invoice next. Use Billing Health to spot the problem; use Billing Gap to act.
