How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”Cross-sell discovery
Section titled “Cross-sell discovery”- Sort clients by Revenue desc
- Expand a top client to see their service mix
- Compare to a similar client with a wider mix — what services are missing?
- Take the gap list to the account manager as cross-sell candidates
Per-client service economics
Section titled “Per-client service economics”- Filter to one client, period = last 12 months
- Expand to see services, sort by margin asc
- Find loss-making services — candidates for repricing
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”A topic I track doesn’t appear as a service
Section titled “A topic I track doesn’t appear as a service”Services come from invoice rows. If a topic was tracked but never invoiced as a service, it won’t appear here. Use Production by Topics to see all tracked topics.
How does this differ from Service Lines?
Section titled “How does this differ from Service Lines?”Service Lines anchors on service across all clients (service per row). Revenue by Services anchors on client, then breaks down by service. Same data, different starting point.
