Where to find it

How to use it
Section titled “How to use it”Service-line pricing review
Section titled “Service-line pricing review”- Period = last quarter or last 12 months
- Sort by Margin % asc — worst-margin topics at top
- Drill in: which clients drove low margin, which members delivered the work
- Decide: reprice, automate, sunset, or train
- Cross-check with Service Lines to see the revenue side
Find estimation problems
Section titled “Find estimation problems”- Sort by Estimation accuracy asc
- Topics at the bottom are where planning is unreliable
- Drill in to see which members estimated, which clients drove variance
Cycle time bottleneck
Section titled “Cycle time bottleneck”- Sort by Average cycle time desc
- Topics at the top are slow movers — candidates for process improvement
Health chips most common here

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Estimation accuracy is blank
Section titled “Estimation accuracy is blank”No tasks with estimates in the period. Either no one set estimates, or the period has no completed work with estimates.
A topic shows zero tasks done but high tracked time
Section titled “A topic shows zero tasks done but high tracked time”Long-running tasks not yet marked done — time accumulates while tasks stay open. Look at cycle time and task counts together.
Should I delete unused topics?
Section titled “Should I delete unused topics?”The “No production” chip flags topics with no recent activity. Review periodically and clean the topic catalog so reports stay focused.
