**Estimation accuracy**How close estimates were to tracked time
**Average cycle time**Days from task creation to done
  1. Period = last quarter or last 12 months
  2. Sort by Margin % asc — worst-margin topics at top
  3. Drill in: which clients drove low margin, which members delivered the work
  4. Decide: reprice, automate, sunset, or train
  5. Cross-check with Service Lines to see the revenue side
  1. Sort by Estimation accuracy asc
  2. Topics at the bottom are where planning is unreliable
  3. Drill in to see which members estimated, which clients drove variance
  1. Sort by Average cycle time desc
  2. Topics at the top are slow movers — candidates for process improvement

No tasks with estimates in the period. Either no one set estimates, or the period has no completed work with estimates.

A topic shows zero tasks done but high tracked time

Long-running tasks not yet marked done — time accumulates while tasks stay open. Look at cycle time and task counts together.

The “No production” chip flags topics with no recent activity. Review periodically and clean the topic catalog so reports stay focused.
